Role Purpose:

The Materials Planner is responsible for all aspects of material requirements planning for multiple facilities across the Mark Anthony Brewing network. They are responsible for inventory coordination, obsolescence risk mitigation, and procurement of materials to meet short and long-term production plans. They will also develop and maintain an optimized material planning forecast and network, and support innovation and change management projects.

Accountabilities & Impact:
  • Prepare monthly rolling and annual forecasts of raw & pack materials to suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Support vendors with information and detail relating to materials, corrective actions, and obsolescence risk mitigation
  • Maintain product change and new item setup, providing run out plans where necessary
  • Assist in the development of Supplier Quality Assurance processes and metrics and tracking of related KPIs
  • Propose and lead continuous improvement process development within Materials Planning team
Skills & Experiences Needed:
  • Bachelor's degree required in relevant field such as Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business or Industrial Engineering
  • 2-4 years related experience in materials planning, purchasing, or customer supply chain, logistics, etc.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced computer skills - O9, Excel, QAD, Power BI preferred but not required
