The Barco Saronno plant specializes in the development, production, and servicing of healthcare products, compliant with Europe's new Medical Device Regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate demand and consumption patterns to establish and periodically adjust safety stock levels for each component.
  • Regularly assess and monitor spare part inventories to maintain optimal stock levels aligned with working capital requirements.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive material data for spare parts.
  • Provide detailed part information to internal stakeholders, including customer service teams, global technical support teams, inventory managers, supply chain managers, logistics buyers, and MRP controllers.
  • Create purchase requisitions and stock transfer orders.
  • Coordinate with local depot repair teams regarding parts usage and with warehouse teams for expediting and sourcing.
  • Assist in defining appropriate stock levels in the ERP system and collaborate with global service planners.
  • Implement changes in order priorities and analyze their impacts, leading to the execution of consensus planning.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of inventory and collaborate with serviceability managers on last-time buy and scrap actions.
  • Support reporting on key performance indicators, open stock transfer orders, inventory levels, and local spare parts stock, while conducting annual analyses of non-utilized spare part stock.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and MRP systems (essential).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded approach.
  • Team player with collaborative competencies (preferred).
  • Prior experience in supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with CRM systems (desirable).
  • Experience in multicultural work environments.
