  • Work to always be optimizing the tuning aspects of the game:
    • Stores economy
    • Features
    • Live Ops events
  • Defining, communicating, and executing the Live Game strategy.
    • Promotions and Live Ops events
    • Working with the designers and Live Ops PMs on uilding and executing the game's events calendar
  • Constantly monitoring and driving users' engagement (early retention, DoD and long-term retention)
  • Ensuring the game feels alive, appealing, and exciting on a daily basis, including in - game and external of the game communication channels
  • Initiate new Live Ops features and improvements. Working as an internal customer of the product team for developing those features and additions to the game.
  • Using a tailor-made approach for users (segmentation) driven by deep analytics capabilities and learnings.
  • Executing and running the game's special offers and sales based on the strategy defined by the game's economist.
  • Highly focused on features that drive engagement through the means of events and promotions.
  • Work with Analytics to plan comprehensive testing strategies for Live Ops events and tuning strategy changes, that will be tested in-game.
  • Review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the product.
  • Evaluate notable competitors and share key insights / learnings to test.
  • Constantly seek improvement opportunities in our day-to-day workflows
  • Evaluate test results of implemented changes and make recommendations for future iterations.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven record of management experience.
  • Must be passionate about the product and has a strong desire to move the genre forward.
  • Motivated to win market share while building a high-quality product.
  • 4+ years relevant experience

Preferred Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in gaming, social, online casino, or consumer mobile live service products.
  • PLUS: Previously worked designing events/promotions on a mobile game.
