Cloudera is looking for a proactive, collaborative, curious, and customer-oriented Product Manager to join our DataFlow Product team. In this role you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and market needs to develop a product vision and roadmap for Cloudera DataFlow for the Public Cloud which can be implemented together with our engineering peers.

Cloudera DataFlow for the public cloud is powered by technologies such as Apache NiFi and is the tool of choice for data collection, transformation and movement in real-time and at scale in the public cloud. Customers use Cloudera DataFlow to ensure data is delivered to business critical applications in the right format and on time while meeting data quality standards.

As a Senior Product Manager - Cloudera DataFlow you will:

  • Define and execute the strategy & roadmap for our Cloudera DataFlow for the Public Cloud product.
  • Help define and execute the AI strategy for Cloudera DataFlow
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the global market, particularly focusing on data movement and data integration requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, define requirements, and drive product development.
  • Work in tandem with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Cloudera DataFlow

We're excited about you if you have:

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise software product management
  • Experience designing SaaS or PaaS products
  • Experience working with data movement / integration tools like Apache NiFi, Fivetran, Informatica, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory or others.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

You may also have:

  • Experience with Apache NiFi and working with open source technologies/communities
  • Experience in building data streaming applications using technologies like Kafka, Flink, and Spark is a strong plus.
