Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and skilled Product Manager to take charge of developing products that meet regulatory standards for clients utilizing Salesforce Case Management. This role is crucial in creating internal tools that assist compliance teams in ensuring that our seller community can operate smoothly and confidently while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to execution, collaborating closely with various teams including business, engineering, user experience, operations, risk, legal, and compliance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and define business and product requirements, leveraging the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Document and prioritize product specifications, craft user stories, and create low-fidelity mockups to facilitate the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
  • Work in partnership with Engineering teams on the design, implementation, testing, verification, and refinement of solutions.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of UAT test data, prioritization of issues, reporting on UAT progress, and obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
  • Assess the impact of product launches and feature enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
  • Strong background in documenting and prioritizing product needs, writing user stories, and developing design mockups.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to effectively manage a product backlog and prioritize projects based on regular intake.
