Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Product Manager to oversee the development of products that fulfill regulatory standards for clients utilizing Salesforce Case Management. This role involves creating internal tools that our compliance teams rely on to facilitate seamless and confident business operations while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to execution through effective collaboration with business, engineering, user experience, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Gather and define product requirements by engaging with stakeholders and leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Document and prioritize product specifications, create user stories, and develop low-fidelity mockups to aid in the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on the design, implementation, testing, verification, and refinement of solutions.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes creating UAT test data, prioritizing issues, reporting progress, and obtaining stakeholder approvals.
  • Measure the impact of product launches and feature enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business and product requirements.
  • Expertise in documenting and prioritizing product requirements, writing user stories, and developing design mockups.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product development process.
  • Strong background in UAT coordination and management.
