At EnerBank, the Contractor Setup Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the input of contractors, program sponsors, new loan products, rates, fees, ratios, and other functions.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinates and maintains status updates to Relationship Managers
- Maintains the Contractor Setup inbox
- Processes daily training activations
- Maintains Contractor Watch List within appropriate systems/platforms
- Initiates setup for Contractors within appropriate systems/platforms
- Updates and maintains Contractors information within appropriate systems/platforms
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of related EnerBank experience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work on a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Shift:
- Shift for this position is Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM MST
- Position will be based out of the Salt Lake City office with the possible opportunity to work a hybrid schedule at a later date.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
