Job Overview:

  • Accountable for addressing borrower grievances and ensuring prompt and suitable responses are delivered

EnerBank USA, a subsidiary of Regions Bank, focuses on forming partnerships with various organizations in the home improvement industry to offer customized loan programs that support sales growth and dealer retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document and monitor customer grievances
  • Efficiently assign and process both verbal and written complaints
  • Facilitate complaint resolution across various bank departments
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into customer complaints, including direct communication with borrowers and contractors
  • Oversee complaint records for necessary follow-up actions
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with customers
  • Assist in revising Complaint Resolution Procedures
  • Ensure proper organization of all borrower correspondence
  • Collaborate effectively with the Customer Relations team
  • Support various assigned projects

This role may require overtime hours and is eligible for incentives.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience in customer relations or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Fast and accurate typing capabilities
