Key Responsibilities
  • Support Relationship Managers in developing and executing annual relationship plans
  • Assist in client conference pre-show planning and execution, as well as post-show follow-up
  • Provide information and answer routine questions to program sponsors and contractors
  • Maintain client files on our CRM system, including contact information, correspondence, and call reports
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and program sponsor and contractor training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Or Associate's degree and two (2) years client-facing or related experience
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years client-facing or related experience
