Position Summary:

The Customer Engagement Specialist at EnerBank plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with customers who have home improvement loans. This position involves proactive communication with customers and contractors to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach calls to customers regarding their home improvement loan applications.
  • Manage Positive Confirmation (PC) calls and associated follow-up actions to ensure timely payments to contractors.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Achieve established production targets for call quality and volume.
  • Respond promptly to emails and voicemails.
  • Identify and recommend actions for further review when necessary, escalating issues to relevant departments as needed.

This role requires tracking of work hours and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with labor regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm and focused demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Team-oriented with a professional attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.

This position may be filled at a higher level based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
