The Automation Strategy and Operations team is seeking to add a delivery lead role to the team. The team, driven by enterprise business needs, supports the required people, processes, and culture transformations through innovative processes to accelerate the development of automations. Responsibilities:

In this position, you will impact the way automation is delivered across the company. To do this, you will be responsible for managing the organization's automation projects as defined through key capabilities based on both market and business need, ensuring the team's projects and services are delivering expected value, functionality and business results and driving adoption of automation by working alongside multiple functional business areas.

How You'll Succeed:

Continually assessing and managing the health and customer experience of enterprise automation technologies. This will entail working with vendors, offshore support, and customers to remove barriers to success, lead the implementation of automation capabilities, and drive continual improvement of all the above. This will require a love of technology, the desire for technical breadth, and the ability to work well with others. Driving adoption, implementation and/or improvement of automation for defined key capabilities, working alongside team members to anticipate demand, manage across platforms for best-in-class delivery, and liase between business and team members to leverage self-service tools and reusable components. Communicate across geographies and leadership levels to modernize automation practices and technology across with low code/no code and out-of-the-box solutions that can be leveraged to quickly adopt efficiencies. Propose and prototype innovative ways of approaching business solutions to align to the larger Enterprise automation strategy, developing inclusive relationships with business partners across the enterprise to promote the importance of automation and influence colleagues and leadership in the application of technology. Anticipate, measure, and track demand of automation capabilities through valuation in the form of metrics and KPI dashboards/visualizations, providing critical visibility to the team's project delivery as well as business specific KPIs. Utilize internal and external professional relationships to improve the probability of successful automation strategy execution. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field plus 3+ years experience in technology delivery and/or working in a full-stack software development environment OR High School Diploma/GED plus 5+ years of experience in technology delivery and/or working in a full-stack software development environment 3+ years demonstrating technology project delivery execution Additional Skills/Preferences: Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, and being an effective team member and business partner Good social, collaboration, and self-management skills Strong analysis/problem assessment/problem-solving abilities Demonstrated agility to learn new business processes, identify the appropriate technology, and influence others to adopt Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS services Experience or passion for relevant technologies which could include the following: Conversational AI / Chatbots Data Prep and Analysis Automated Decisioning Process Discovery and Mining Robotic Process Automation Intelligent Document Processing Content Automation Natural Language Processing / Generation Machine Learning Intelligent Business Process Management Systems Digital Adoption Platforms Test Automation UI/UX Previous pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
