Are you ready to take on the role of our new Lead Controls Building Automation Technician? Become a vital part of our team at a family-owned business with over 60 years of expertise in delivering exceptional commercial electrical services.

Position: Lead Controls Building Automation TechnicianWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (overtime as required)Compensation: $50K - $65K (Based on Experience) + Project Incentive Bonus
  • Install and upgrade building automation control systems
  • Diagnose and repair existing systems
  • Participate in ongoing education through internal and manufacturer training
  • Enhance lead opportunities to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Follow company safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • At least 3 years of experience in Control Automation
  • Knowledge of HVAC control principles and theories
  • Experience with DDC controls installation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as LonWorks, BacNet, and Modbus
  • Ability to resolve communication, wiring, and device installation challenges
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
