Position: Lead Controls Building Automation TechnicianWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (overtime as required)Compensation: $50K - $65K (Based on Experience) + Project Incentive Bonus- Install and upgrade building automation control systems
- Diagnose and repair existing systems
- Participate in ongoing education through internal and manufacturer training
- Enhance lead opportunities to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Follow company safety protocols
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- At least 3 years of experience in Control Automation
- Knowledge of HVAC control principles and theories
- Experience with DDC controls installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as LonWorks, BacNet, and Modbus
- Ability to resolve communication, wiring, and device installation challenges
- Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Deliver outstanding customer service
