Senior Building Automation Controls Technician

Are you ready to take on the role of our new Lead Controls Building Automation Technician? Become a part of our esteemed family-owned business, which has been delivering exceptional commercial electrical services in Indiana for over six decades.
Position: Lead Controls Building Automation TechnicianWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (Overtime as Required)Compensation: $50K - $65K (Based on Experience) + Project Incentive Bonus- Install and upgrade building automation control systems
- Diagnose and repair existing control systems
- Participate in ongoing education through both in-house and manufacturer training
- Enhance lead opportunities to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Follow company safety protocols diligently
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 3 years of experience in Control Automation
- Knowledge of HVAC control principles and practices
- Experience with DDC controls installation and diagnostics
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as LonWorks, BacNet, and Modbus
- Ability to troubleshoot wiring, communication, and device installation challenges
- Capability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
