Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Sr. Director of Sales

Reporting to the Sr. VP, Operations the Sr. Director of Sales Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization assigned. The DSO also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales

organization supported.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Use knowledge of products and core capabilities to gain alignment with key active and targeted customers.
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customer procurement, product and business development teams.
  • Promote product capability and quality at consultant and end client level.
  • Achieve early vendor participation in new RFIs at key customers.
  • Close New Business at key customers; meet, exceed new business revenue booking goals.
  • Establish MSA and SOW agreements for the new business to ensure clear understanding of business plans with customer and Flex.
  • Provide forecasts for all active and new projects and assist in bridging any questions. Get customer collaboration on all efforts to ensure timely and on-going strong relations.
  • Analyze and understand customers' business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities and align Flex resources where mutually beneficial.
  • Define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs, to include initiating and managing business development activities that will strengthen, expand and drive market penetration.

The experience we're looking to add to our team,

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences or business; MBA is preferred.
  • Typically requires 15+ years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience.
  • Experience leading a sales team.
  • Data Center market experience.
  • Electrification equipment/product experience.
  • Available to travel
