Automotive Sales Consultant

Schedule: 5-Day Work Week, Closed Sundays
Guaranteed Income: $4,000 per month for the first 6 months with our New Hire Pay Plan
About Us:
Moore Cadillac/Subaru of Richmond is a leading name in the automotive industry, recognized for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
- Dedicate yourself to becoming a knowledgeable automotive sales professional, mastering vehicle features and technology.
- Facilitate test drives to showcase the exceptional attributes of our vehicles.
- Prepare quotes and clarify financing alternatives for customers.
- Maintain communication with potential customers through follow-ups via email, voicemail, and text.
- Assist online customers by scheduling appointments.
- Reconnect with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Exhibit a friendly and motivated demeanor.
- Possess a strong ambition to achieve sales goals.
- Experience in Subaru or Cadillac sales is advantageous.
