Responsibilities
  • Assess each customer's vehicle requirements through effective questioning and active listening
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and their features
  • Guide customers through established selling processes to successfully close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the product features, warranty, and necessary paperwork to foster customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and interactions in our CRM system
  • Follow up with existing customers to cultivate relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Generate new business through targeted personal marketing efforts, including direct mail, networking, and telemarketing
  • Stay informed about pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with valuable comparisons
Requirements
  • Sales experience in any industry is welcome; excellent training is provided
  • An energetic and outgoing personality with a strong motivation to succeed
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
