Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, hospitality).
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Director in a full-service hotel.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing sales strategies.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of sales tools and technologies (e.g. Delphi FDC, Knowland, CVENT, Hilton OnQ).
Work Environment

We offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with multiple time-sensitive projects. As a Sales and Revenue Growth Leader, you will be required to work long hours, weekends, and evenings as needed.
