Role Overview

The Employee Xperience Coordinator is responsible for offering comprehensive administrative support to the Employee Xperience department. This role involves various tasks such as payroll processing, managing employee records in our HRIS, assisting with new hire onboarding, handling invoices, and addressing general facilities requests. The perfect candidate will possess a solid grasp of HR principles, exceptional organizational abilities, and a genuine desire to support and assist others.

Scope of Work

  • Supports various areas of the Employee Xperience Operations function as well as supporting the day-to-day needs of the Employee Xperience team, including but not limited to:
    • Process US and Canadian bi-weekly payroll with oversight from the Team Lead
    • Update and maintain employee information in ADP Workforce Now, including generation of reports
    • Serves as the backup payroll processer when needed
    • Provide guidance to employees on human resource procedures and address inquiries regarding company policies
    • Monitors the Employee Xperience Outlook inbox
    • Administer the Leave of Absence program
    • Handle invoice reconciliation and processing
    • Manage multi-state unemployment requests and related information
    • Upkeep internal and external websites when there are new hires and terminations
    • Collect data in support of internal and external audits
    • Send company-wide communications
    • Oversee and enhance the Wellness Program
    • Manage compliance training using the learning management system
    • Assists in recruiting activities; including sourcing and interviewing scheduling when needed
    • Oversee facility services by ensuring a suitable work environment for various locations, including submission of building maintenance request, security, mail services, and document management
    • Contribute to variety of projects such as HR events, open enrollment, New Hire Orientation, employee communications, and team initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or business administration
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working in or around the field of Human Resources
  • ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to reconcile monthly invoices
  • Excellent attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in different HRIS systems
  • Proficient working in all Microsoft software
  • Willingness to grow and learn
