HR Services Coordinator

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Support Specialist to enhance our HR team. This role will act as the primary contact for delivering outstanding HR assistance to employees, managers, and external partners. Exceptional customer service skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices, and the capability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences in a timely and professional manner are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise and prompt guidance to employees and managers on diverse HR issues, building trust in HR services.
- Assist staff with HR-related inquiries, including personal information updates, HR system navigation, benefits enrollment, performance management, and leave administration.
- Accurately process HR transactions in line with established protocols and timelines, including changes to employee data, status updates, and payroll modifications.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and escalate complex issues for further resolution when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and inquiries, ensuring adherence to data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Utilize problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence to address concerns while prioritizing customer satisfaction and organizational goals.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support capacity is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and fundamental employment law.
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
- Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
The hourly base pay rate is $34.02. This rate may vary based on factors such as the location of the position and the candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may be available, including commission and/or incentive programs.
