Our client is a family-owned food manufacturing company with headquarters in New Jersey. They have over 1,000 employees across the U.S. They've been around for over 50 years and is a leader in the industry. The HR Manager will join a tight-knit, supportive HR team. They will report into the VP of HR, but they will be the only HR person in the New Jersey plant. The HR Manager must be on-site in Fairfield, NJ full-time, five days a week.

Job Description

Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees.Responsible for day to day HR initiatives like benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development. Foster open communication channels within the organization.Provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.Must be on-site in Fairfield, NJ full-time.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.The ability to go on-site 5 days a week. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Union experience is preferred. What's on Offer $90K - $105K salary.Competitive benefits.Upward mobility.
