Position Overview:

This position operates under a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Assist in managing incoming HR requests and concerns, providing timely support.
  • Follow up with associates to ensure their issues are resolved and feedback is provided.
  • Identify and investigate HR-related challenges, offering appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and direct inquiries to the appropriate channels, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to company service standards while responding to all inquiries.
  • Support the operation of the HR Help Desk, acting as a key resource for employee questions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inquiries, ensuring proper closure.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all employee information.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong internet research skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
