Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Discovery Behavioral Health DBH. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our facilities and leadership teams in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Consultation and Support: Provide strategic and operational HR consultation to facilities within assigned geographic region, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and turnover reduction.
  • Facility Support: Work closely with facility and divisional leadership to improve employee morale, resolve HR-related concerns, and ensure compliance with state and Joint Commission requirements.
  • HR Initiatives and ROI: Assess and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, providing data-driven insights to support business strategies and drive positive outcomes.
  • Employee Relations and Talent Management: Provide comprehensive support in employee relations, talent management, and improving culture, including coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Communication and Training: Educate facility leaders on HR issues, legal risks, and best practices, ensuring alignment with DBH values and objectives.
  • Investigations and Resolution: Conduct investigations for employee-related claims, ensuring fair resolution of issues in line with DBH policies and procedures.
  • Employee Complaints and Feedback: Manage employee complaints, respond to HR emails, and update employee records as needed.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Travel to facilities within assigned geographic region to provide support, training, and guidance, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a strong background in HR law and compliance.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, preferably with a focus on HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain trusting relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
