- The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM.

We are currently seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our Team Member Services team. This role involves managing and prioritizing tasks within our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include efficiently reviewing incoming HR requests and directing them to the appropriate personnel for resolution. This position offers a valuable entry point into the HR field, providing exposure to a wide range of HR-related inquiries. Success in this role requires a results-driven approach, the ability to quickly identify key issues, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage HR requests submitted through our internal system.
- Prioritize and assign cases to the relevant HR personnel.
- Offer insights and recommendations for organizing the HR Service Catalog.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing case metrics.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing the volume of HR requests through enhanced self-service options.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for process enhancement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
- Prior experience in an HR role.
