Job Description:

System Analysis/Design:


The candidate must have broad experiences in various functional areas from quote to cash, system platforms, and technologies, i.e., Web applications, ERP, CRM systems, Data Analysis, Database, Master Data Management, and Data Governance or be able to learn quickly to understand user requirements and propose feasible design solutions.

During the design phase, the candidate should be able to perform business process re-engineering to streamline the process flow and consolidate duplicate systems whenever possible.

Experience with process flow, data flow diagramming, and other analysis tools is required.

The candidate will analyze and document technical specifications and data mappings from business requirements to provide accurate direction to application developers; work with IT Architecture and development teams to ensure product development meets design criteria and deployment timelines; partner with customers to ensure business understanding and utilization of the deployed product; ensure alignment of solutions across business domains; interface with operational management to determine integration solution requirements; create briefings and present information to operational leadership in written and verbal form; define and document reporting metrics and how those metrics are calculated from source system data; analyze source data systems for content, write technical definition specifications; report layout and mockups and test scripts; develop requirements for scorecards and reports for communicating metrics, goals and performance-to-date; collaborate with and guide development resources to rapidly develop integration assets; ensure consistency and adherence to enterprise standards; identify and analyze performance trends; including drivers or performance and forecast impact on future results; assist with other projects pertaining to management reporting, performance tracking and business process improvement as assigned; document production issues; resolutions and root causes; and leverage analytical skills as well as knowledge of applications, tools and techniques to drive the development of servers and analytical solutions that meet the business requirements.


Project Management:


The candidate must have strong people skills, influencing skills, and project management skills to manage projects of various sizes with complex requirements from different user groups.

The candidate must be familiar with all stages of the system development life cycle and understand the deliverables in each stage.

The candidate will utilize various project management approaches, tools, and methodologies to optimize the results. Experience with MS Project and TFS/Azure DevOps or similar tools like Rally or Jira is desirable. Must be proactive and drive projects to completion while maintaining the expectations of the various stakeholders.

Testing:


The candidate must be willing and have the ability to unit and feature test the products being developed including maintenance of Test Plans and detailed Test Cases.

Technical Knowledge
Have sufficient technical background to communicate to Analysts/Software Developers in the U.S. and India efficiently and effectively. Knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, NET, APIs, and relational databases are required.
Verbal/Written Communication
The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidate should be able to conduct group meetings, provide project updates, and write functional and technical documents.
Teamwork and Culture

Specifically, the candidate will perform the following day-to-day tasks:
Own requirements development by translating them to technical specifications and data mapping requirements, rationalization, and prioritization in conjunction with business partners; (30%)
Partner with business customers to ensure business understanding and utilization of the deployed product, including contributing to business training efforts; (5%)
Coordinate with other analysts to ensure alignment of business solutions across domains; (5%)
Interface with executive and operational management to determine integration solution requirements; (5%)
Compile information into various formats, create executive briefings with supporting documentation, and present information to executive and operational leadership in written and verbal form; (5%)
Define and document reporting metrics and confirm how those metrics are calculated from source system data; analyze source data systems for content; and write technical definition specifications, report layout/mockups, and test scripts; (10%)
Develop technical requirements for scorecards and reports for communicating metrics, goals, and performance-to-date; (5%)
Collaborate with and guide development resources to rapidly develop integration assets, and ensure consistency and adherence to enterprise standards; (5%)
Work with business customers on an ongoing basis to continually improve and refine business solutions for applications under development; (5%)
Identify and analyze performance trends, including drivers of performance and forecast impact on future results; make recommendations on the use of information to improve results, including recommendations on changes to business processes; (5%)
Provide research, audit, and analysis of complex data needs; (8%)
Assist with other projects pertaining to management reporting, performance tracking, and business process improvement as assigned; (5%)
Document production issues, resolutions, and root causes; (5%)
Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. (2%)

Requirements/Qualifications:
10+ years' experience with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Communications.
The candidate must have the ability to think outside the box and should be capable of performing analysis to resolve issues
Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with internal business customers, co-workers, manager, and development team
Candidate needs to be proactive, customer-oriented, and able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.
Candidate must be able to contribute to group meetings, provide updates, and write technical documents.
Strong analytical, systems thinking, problem-solving/debugging skills
Good communication skills and an effective team player "Yearning to learn more" attitude.
