Position Summary
We are in search of a diligent and detail-focused Regulatory Compliance Analyst to become a vital part of our team. The Compliance Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring that our organization complies with all pertinent laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key responsibilities include the precise management and completion of licensing compliance documentation, addressing compliance-related issues, and delivering finalized materials to the Licensing Manager. This role also entails the timely and professional handling of email communications. The Compliance Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures aimed at reducing risks and ensuring legal adherence.

This position is based onsite in our modern office environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who have completed a relevant internship or possess 1-2 years of experience in a compliance-focused role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Compliance team by accurately completing licensing compliance documents, resolving compliance issues, and delivering final documentation to the Licensing Manager.
  • Promptly and professionally monitor email communications.
  • Support the Compliance team in managing licensing compliance documents, filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable state regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance-related policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Regularly review policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Evaluate potential risks and identify areas where compliance measures require enhancement or improvement.
  • Complete assigned projects and other duties as directed by supervisors, including miscellaneous tasks as necessary.

  • Technical proficiency to navigate compliance-related software and systems effectively.

  • Sound ethical judgment and integrity to uphold compliance standards and foster a culture of ethical behavior within the organization.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of professional and industry standards and practices relevant to compliance functions.
  • Readiness to adapt to evolving regulatory environments and industry standards.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of compliance.

Education & Experience

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration: Finance, Accounting, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a compliance-related role or relevant internships.
