Position Overview

This role will report to the Commercial Ops Manager and will act as a business partner to the commercial and operations team while working closely with customers to ensure project accuracy and timely processing. The ideal candidate will enjoy being hands-on, managing multiple projects at one time, and implementing processes and procedures to improve business efficiencies. In this role, the Project Coordinator will perform various project management functions, including but not limited to project setup, insurance requests and maintenance, change orders, PSR management, and contract management. You will evaluate and make improvements to our current processes while ensuring practices comply with company and contractor policies, applicable laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day project management – Forecast updates, cost allocation, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring projects are current and prepared for month end close.
  • Successfully close out projects and prepare unconditional final package to be sent to customer.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for monthly SOX PSR review.
  • Support Sales Reps and Operations team with project specifications and requirements throughout the project life.
  • Plan, execute, and manage projects to meet strategic objectives and ensure project delivery within budget and on time.
  • Act as point of contact and communicate project status while maintaining PSR.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Communicate with customers as needed.
  • Work closely with accounting team to guarantee customer billing is complete in a timely manner.
  • Request and manage COI and Lien Waivers as required.
  • Perform other duties, as necessary.

  • Prior project coordination required.
  • Ability to manage customer contracts and meet specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prior experience in ERP system.
  • Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • 1+ years of project management desired

Compensation

  • Target annual salary is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00
  • Yearly bonus eligible
