Position title: Creator Growth Account Executive

About the role

Our consumer app, LTK, is the largest creator-driven shopping platform used by millions of shoppers every month to find new styles and products curated by creators all over the world. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle influencers the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform and activation team members provide creators the tools, strategies, and support they need to launch on LTK's platform with an aim to maximize their earnings velocity.

As an Creator Growth Account Executive, you will be part of a growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team of growth enablers onboarding creators who have recently been approved to our by-invitation-only platform. You will focus relentlessly on the needs of our newest creators and help launch their entrepreneurial business on our LTK Creator platform and help coach them early in their journey for success. This role will report to our Senior Manager, Creator Growth.

How you will make an impact

  • Serve as a getting-started coach to newly signed creators to the LTK platform, combining the power of LTK's technology with the empathy of real human coaches to deliver successful behavior change at scale.
  • Run alongside LTK Creators to optimize their experience for fast learning and implementation of best practices and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Responsible for onboarding new creators to the LTK platform and helping them achieve early success via earnings post shop set-up on the platform.
  • Support in managing, tracking, and reporting on creator activities in designated Hubspot CRM.
  • Achieve your quarterly and annual targets for creator onboarding.
  • Maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your year-to-date goals.
  • You are comfortable driving discussions with creators helping them to establish clear goals and outcomes and drive behaviors that will drive results.
  • Purposeful curiosity and intense drive to uncover and understand the creators needs while hopping over hurdles to their successful launch on our platform.
  • Empathy and intellectual humility to build strong rapport building.
  • Great communication skills to work in a positive and effective way.
  • Operate with urgency and obsession with hitting results

What you will bring to LTK

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a sales quota-carrying role (new business and/or account management)
  • Previous software professional service, preferably in creator economy/ecommerce/digital media
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to evidence consistently exceeding important metrics and conversion targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to obtain the necessary information from newly signed creators while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
  • Possess an inner drive and passion for helping creators growth their business
  • Excellent organization, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
  • Experience with Excel, Hubspot, Zendesk or other ticketing system
  • Desire to work in a category leading influencer marketing platform
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
