Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Adroit Advanced Technologies, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in assigned territories
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring timely and effective follow-up and conversion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership, informing strategic business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the transportation industry and its key trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and results-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
