The role

Imperial Brands- an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Corporate Product Master Data Coordinator within their GSC hub in Warsaw. As a Corporate Product Master Data Coordinator you will have an opportunity to act as an interface between Product Initiator, Markets, Product Specialists and PCC, drive improvement projects with key stakeholders. This is a key function within Imperial and provides the data basis for subsequent processes like Demand and Supply Network Planning, Group Reporting, Performance Management, Finance, Manufacturing and Sales Order Processes.

Key accountabilities

  • Creation and maintenance of Corporate Product Master Data in ARAS/PLM according to the Imperial brand hierarchy and agreed standards
  • Acting as Product Master Data interface between Product Initiator, Markets, Product Specialists and PCC
  • Assuring a frictionless and ongoing Central Product Master Data maintenance as basis for Planning, Performance Management & Product Development
  • Creation, maintenance, and population of SAP/ITP "Basic Data1" § Creation, maintenance, and communication of Master Data for Non-Finished Goods in SAP/ITP
  • Provide information about weights, volumes, and dimensions to Global Distribution, Logistic Departments, Markets and Product Development

Skills & experience

  • Good level experience in Master Data and/or Supply Chain Management, preferably FMCG industry
  • Good understanding of data structures and dependencies
  • Systems savvy & logical thinking (SAP, Excel, Access- nice to have)
  • English (fluent level- written and spoken)
  • Able to adapt to different cultures, intercultural sensitivity, driven, collaborative, focused & accountable
  • Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised
