Job Title: Corporate Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer to join our team at Aegis Worldwide. As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our Field Engineers on technical aspects of our biomedical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate in-house technical product training curriculum and course content.
  • Assess and analyze training effectiveness, and adjust training curriculum, content, or setting as necessary.
  • Prepare lesson plans relevant to training materials and analyze course evaluation and participants' job performance.
  • Provide direction to Trainers and/or Specialists, and consult with department leadership regarding training needs and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in a technical/scientific field or equivalent education.
  • 3 years of technical work experience in a clinical laboratory, hospital, medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or military setting.
  • Thorough understanding of quality system regulations and ISO standards.
  • Experience with curriculum development, course design, and training effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of training practices and principles and methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation and meeting management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Field engineering and sales experience.
