Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Administrative Assistant to join our team at MHG Hotels - Corporate. As a key member of our Revenue Management Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our revenue goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and update reporting data to inform revenue management strategies
  • Monitor pricing strategies to optimize revenue
  • Build and maintain rate structures to maximize revenue
  • Manage and monitor revenue management system performance
  • Maintain revenue management tools, including brand software and strategy spreadsheets
  • Stay current with required brand training and certifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hotel industry required
  • Experience or exposure to hotel revenue management preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, math skills, and the ability to interpret data are essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software, is required
