What you will do

  • Be a hands on technologist and collaborate with Sysdig customers on a regular basis
  • Build and maintain relationships across the customers organization from engineers to Exec level
  • Drive business outcomes and value realization by establishing customer centric solutions
  • Provide customers guidance on Sysdig deployments and operational best practices
  • Contribute to workshops aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platform
  • Be an advocate for customer requirements and partner with Product Management and Engineering to align roadmap initiatives
  • Partner with Sales to drive customer retention and account growth
  • Partner with Support and Professional Services to ensure highly quality customer solutions and efficient issue resolution

What you will bring with you. Experience using the following technical skill sets to drive customer business outcomes:

  • Experience creating and optimizing container images
  • Experience installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes in an Enterprise environment
  • Experience creating and managing Kuberenetes clusters On-Prem and/or on Cloud Service Providers
  • Strong understanding of cloud native applications, platforms, security, automation techniques, and DEVSECOPS
  • Experience in software development and scripting using API endpoints
  • Experience leading and managing projects, working with Customers/Users (internal and/or external), and strong communication skills
  • Experience managing issues, root cause analysis, and driving to resolution
  • Bonus: Experience using time series metrics to troubleshoot application issues and understanding of industry-accepted monitoring practices like Golden Signals, USE method, etc is a plus

  • One or more of CKAD/CKA/CKS Certifications
  • Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms
  • Experience with Prometheus and PromQL
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative team players who strive to inspire customer loyalty
  • Strong "hands on" technologists dedicated to continued learning
  • Experience with Cyber Security in Cloud and Container Ecosystems and capable of acting in a consulting role
  • Strong empathy, patience, and a passion for working with customers
  • Coachability
  • Experience working with Sysdig and/or Falco is a plus

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $130,000 and 163,000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate's work location, job-related skills, experience and education.
