We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Engineering Trainer to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a Biomedical Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to employees and customers on the installation, safety, maintenance, and service of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on medical devices, including angiography systems.
- Provide technical assistance and support to employees and customers to ensure they have the necessary skills to operate and maintain medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training strategies that meet the needs of the business.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biomedical engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a related field, including experience in medical device training and technical support.
- Deep knowledge of medical devices, including angiography systems, and the ability to teach safety, operation, and troubleshooting solutions.
