Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on medical devices, including angiography systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to employees and customers to ensure they have the necessary skills to operate and maintain medical devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training strategies that meet the needs of the business.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biomedical engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field, including experience in medical device training and technical support.
  • Deep knowledge of medical devices, including angiography systems, and the ability to teach safety, operation, and troubleshooting solutions.
