About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. as a Customer Service Engineer 2 - Medical Imaging Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment at customer sites in the Grand Rapids, MI area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment, including MR, CT, and SPECT modalities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on medical imaging equipment.
  • Conducting quality control checks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field service or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment and electronics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
