Position Overview: As a Customer Service Engineer III, you will:

  • Provide maintenance and support for MR Imaging Equipment.
  • Conduct installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems.
  • Deliver timely repairs and comprehensive training to operators to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Manage financial performance within your designated area, focusing on revenue generation and expense control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with tool and test equipment management protocols.
  • Oversee company assets, including vehicles and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Mentor junior engineers in technical competencies and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in servicing medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as biomedical engineering or medical technology.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
