Customer Service Representative

Acentra Health is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Engage with hospitals, physicians, beneficiaries, and other program recipients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating challenging situations to the appropriate party when necessary.
- Productivity: Meet or exceed standards for call volume and service level as per department guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs and document the disposition of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment and/or industry.
- Skills: Proficient verbal and listening skills, effective PC skills, and strong research and investigative skills.
- Language: Fluent in English with clear telephone communication abilities.
