Role Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain imaging equipment in designated regions.
- Engage directly with customers, representing Siemens as the primary point of contact.
- Initially focus on MR/CT/SPECT modalities, with opportunities for cross-training in other areas.
- Adapt to varying shifts and participate in on-call rotations as necessary.
- Report directly to the Regional Service Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with MR/CT/SPECT technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in electronics and service tools.
- Competent in using Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid background in electronics and computer systems.
- 2-5 years of relevant field service experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and participate in on-call service.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
