The Hilton Americas Houston is a AAA Four-diamond hotel conveniently located in the heart of downtown Houston and connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via two indoor skywalks. This Houston convention center hotel is just steps away from Discovery Green Park, Toyota Center, BBVA Compass Stadium, Green Street premier dining and entertainment center, and Minute Maid Park. Our team is looking for a Group Reservations Coordinator to join their team This is a great entry level role into hospitality

This is an on-property Monday - Friday role 8:00am-4:30pm

What will I be doing?

Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers.
Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
Provides clerical support and assistance to management.
