About the Role

This role reports to the Senior Program Manager, overseeing OFCCP Compliance, and acts as the company's subject matter expert in employment practices, primarily focusing on EEO/Affirmative Action regulatory compliance within the Employee Labor Relations department.

This role necessitates a highly motivated and exceptionally organized individual with experience in EEO/AA compliance, HR operations, or HR analytics. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, showcase expert analytical skills and critical thinking abilities, and have the capacity to effectively lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, even under stringent deadlines within a dynamic work environment.

What you'll do:

Responsible for the full life cycle of Uber's U.S. employment data to include: extraction, integrity, manipulation of data, testing, analysis and visualizationPartnering with an external vendor to prepare annual affirmative action programs. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure indicators are investigated and explainable or corrective actions are recommended/taken where indicatedCompiling large amounts of employment data and submitting reports to comply with various federal compliance requirements as well as other state and local requirements including but not limited to those related to EEO, VETS 4212, and AAP on a monthly basisCreating a process for monitoring missing or incomplete data fields, reviewing and cleaning data, and turning large amounts of raw data into useful dashboards and reports
Basic Qualifications

3+ years prior experience as a data analyst or in a data analytics role for a large U.S based organization3+ years experience working with HR reporting systems (i.e. Workday, Salesforce, iCIMS)Expert skills with MS Excel and Google Sheets, Tableau or similar software. Currently utilizing data organizing software on a daily basisBachelor's degree in fields related to Data Analytics, Business, Math/Statistics, Human Resources, Computer Science. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 year's relevant experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations or EEO/AA Data Analyst roles
Preferred Qualifications

4+ years experience preparing data for federal and state regulatory reporting and developing affirmative action plans.Direct experience working with OFCCP compliance reviews.Experience creating queries/creating reports via Workday and building Tableau/Alteryx databases.Member of National Industry Liaison Group (NILG), local chapter.Current/prior experience working for a Fortune 500 technology company.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$124,000 per year.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$124,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.

For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
