Your Future Team
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to enhance our dynamic and collaborative legal department at Atlassian. You will become an integral part of a team of legal experts dedicated to establishing a new product counsel function.

You will operate as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel of Product, who reports to the General Counsel.

Successful candidates will possess extensive experience in program management, a proven track record of collaborating with product teams in a technology-driven environment, and a keen interest in the unique aspects relevant to a legal team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of legal programs for Atlassian's artificial intelligence product initiatives.
- Engage with the R&D organization to ensure that Product Counsel is informed about relevant planning and developments.
- Collaborate with Legal Operations to create and implement tools necessary for effective work management and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and facilitate team rituals, including meetings and offsite gatherings.
- Conduct quarterly and annual planning sessions to define work ownership and prioritize tasks.
- Implement strategies to ensure seamless operations across various departments within the Legal team.

Qualifications

Your Background
- Over 7 years of experience in program management.
- Proven experience in program management with product teams at a rapidly growing SaaS technology company.
- Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders for product and feature launches.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we are committed to creating equitable and competitive compensation structures. Our baseline pay range is designed to exceed typical market standards, reflecting our expectation to hire candidates near this baseline. The specific base pay for this role is determined by the candidate's skills, expertise, and experience.

For this position, the current base pay ranges for new hires are as follows:
Zone A: $164,500 - $219,300
Zone B: $148,000 - $197,400
Zone C: $136,500 - $182,000
This role may also qualify for additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
