Third Street Dental seeks a knowledgeable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will greet our patients, verify their insurance, and assist in managing the dental administrative tasks necessary to operate a successful dental practice.

You will demonstrate top-notch customer service and develop patient rapport by exemplifying leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and grow patient relationships
  • Oversee all non-clinical tasks of the office
  • Ensure compliance with administrative duties
  • Have knowledge of dental insurance and codes
  • Maintain key holder responsibilities
  • Give treatment presentations to patients
  • Possess proficiency in dental software
  • Schedule patients as a top priority Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of Dental experience
  • Knowledge of Dental procedures
  • Please do not apply unless you have worked in a dental office
  • Friendly demeanor in making patients feel special upon arrival Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
