KPMG is currently seeking a Service Delivery Analyst III to join our Advisory Services ) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work flexibly in a centralized high performing team environment supporting internal and external clients who may be spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support project delivery
  • Oversee setup and administration of projects including coordinating schedules, preparing document request lists, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and, reviewing documents and reports for correctness and formatting
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of policy and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met
  • Effectively review data across multiple/systems and maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory risk
  • Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with little to no guidance, as well as mentor other team members
  • Assist Team Leaders in the construction and execution of quality related, informal, and formal development plans

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with four years of experience or two years of relevant experience; Associate degree from an accredited college or university plus two years of experience preferred
  • Advanced understanding of business and technical competencies, organizational tools, and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment
  • Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills
