Prestige Development Group (PDG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our innovative and rapidly growing team. If you are passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business success, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Client Development:
  • Proactively develop and manage a new portfolio of clients.
  • Sign new clients, establish a market presence, and gain industry knowledge.
  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies.
  • Provide guidance and performance management to direct reports.
  • Discover new leads through data mining and networking.
  • Confidently consult clients over the phone, showcasing organizational benefits and capabilities.
  • Set appointments with prospects to generate sales revenue and foster customer loyalty.
  • Prospect for business partners and follow up with sales calls.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of business development leads.
  • Transfer identified sales opportunities to the appropriate team members.
  • Operational Duties:
  • Mainly sedentary role requiring long periods of sitting/standing using a computer and phone headset.
  • Regular use of office equipment, including computers, phones, copiers, and printers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in roles such as Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.
  • Prior experience with large staffing services agencies (e.g., Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, Manpower).
  • Strong work ethic, highly organized, and enjoys working with people.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and outgoing.
  • Positive, driven, and confident demeanor to professionally represent the company and its clients.
  • Ability to learn new programs, processes, and technologies quickly.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proficient verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing.
  • Proven ability to build trust, respect, and collaborative business relationships.
