Job Overview
Trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 companies - helping them transform business operations by connecting people, places and things. Lead and manage Enterprise Account Team focused on T-Mobile's Enterprise Sales growth and revenue generation. Motivate and coach team to drive strong performance results.

Job Responsibilities:Manage an all-star team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for selling wireless voice and data services, plus the Internet of Things, to Fortune 1000 business customersCoach team to develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-level buying influencers in key customer accountsRecruit, hire, train, and evaluate teamAlso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.Education:High School Diploma/GEDWork Experience:4-7 years Sales managementNo less than 2 years Outside sales2-4 years Technology sales/Wireless industry2-4 years Prospecting/account managementKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Sales ManagementAccount ManagementLicenses and Certifications:
• At least 21 years of age
