Oversee all facets of extensive CERCLA-driven remedial investigation (RI) initiatives for Federal clients, ensuring that projects are executed with exceptional quality and safety, adhering to timelines, scopes, and budgets.
Manage client relationships, including setting client expectations and maintaining regular communication with clients and regulatory bodies.
Demonstrate a proven history of fostering and sustaining client connections.
Exhibit successful leadership of diverse field teams.
Showcase professional judgment, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail, with a record of producing high-quality deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience in planning and/or executing environmental investigations and remediation projects.
Bachelor's degree in hydrogeology, geology, or a related discipline.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to project sites as required.
Experience in reviewing and refining technical documentation and regulatory reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Demonstrated experience in managing and executing environmental investigation and remediation services for Federal projects (5 years or more).
Prior involvement in preparing or contributing to project proposals and managing project budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Possession of Professional Geologist (PG) and/or Professional Certified Hydrogeologist (CHG) certification or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the services and projects being managed.
Experience in investigating soil and groundwater contaminated with PFAS/PFOA compounds.
Compensation Range:
$90,000 - $120,000
