**Job Summary**

TalentBurst is seeking a highly skilled Electric Operations Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling electric distribution work for internal and external field crews.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage resource assignments to meet work plans in the most efficient and cost-effective way, considering workforce availability, performance, geographic optimization, and schedule optimization.
  • Schedule and coordinate short-term operations and maintenance projects and inspections for internal crews, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor work backlogs to ensure timely completion of all tasks and manage internal resources to optimize work plans for summer and winter months.
  • Identify scheduling and need date risks due to resource constraints, field conditions, material, and equipment issues, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support divisional reliability activities by ensuring all activities are scheduled and progressed.
  • Facilitate resource meetings with stakeholders to ensure optimum scheduling and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing advice, guidance, and support to relevant third parties to ensure everyone is informed and aware of changes to substation schedules and resources.

**Requirements**

  • An Associate's degree from a technical school is desired.
  • 1+ years' related experience, preferably in the utility industry (5+ years' experience for Sr.).
  • Knowledge and experience of scheduling, operations, project, and program management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of TalentBurst policies and practices and how to apply them effectively.
  • Planning skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for delivering performance excellence.
  • Demonstrate proficient computer skills in systems like utility work management and other data systems, as well as MS Office applications.
  • Experience in Primavera P6 is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required to various locations throughout the region with a valid driver's license.
