Key Responsibilities:- Network Server Support: Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft Server network servers, Active Directory – Azure Hybrid network systems, Ubiquiti Stack network security, and Windows, Mac network clients.
- Network Infrastructure Management: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade wired and wireless network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Plan and perform upgrades or repairs on desktops, laptops, servers, and network hardware to prevent downtime.
- User Notification: Inform users of any planned outages or service interruptions to minimize disruptions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on network, phone, and computer systems to prevent technical issues.
- Troubleshooting: Respond to Help Desk trouble tickets in a timely manner to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Education: College degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Encompass360 Loan Origination System is a plus, and proficiency with Office365 Enterprise is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems effectively, ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users, friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, patience, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.
