You'll learn the key skills, knowledge and behaviours required to complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship and gain invaluable customer service experience.
These transferrable skills will set you up for the future and provide a foundation to build on whilst we support your career development.

We've got a few types of roles supporting our Customer Services Practitioner Apprenticeship programme, and the successful candidate will be placed into one of the roles.
As a member of our large Payments team, you'll ensure our customers' money gets to where it needs to go, across several different payment types. You're on hand to support customers when things go wrong, handling complex payment queries in our back office or telephony team. And you can protect the bank and our customers from criminal activity using technology and expertise to screen payments, customers and transactions.

What you'll need
- Well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A continuous improvement mentality - identifying and suggesting improvements to new and existing processes
- A genuine teammate - working together with colleagues to ensure you balance priorities and deliver on your promises
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (or equivalent) or above (these can include predicted grades). If you haven't achieved the required qualifications we'll help you to take a Functional Skills test in these areas to bring you up to this level
- You should live within a reasonable travelling distance to the office location advertised
