About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone outreach
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred

  • Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests
