We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate at Daxko. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software and services, providing best-practice consulting and product training to clients to help them maximize their use of our solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and diagnose system issues, identifying complex problems and developing effective solutions to resolve customer concerns.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and internal staff at all levels, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Stay up-to-date on and adhere to updated policies and standard operating procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
